Our online store includes products such as Photocopiers, Printers, Consumables, Furniture & Stationery to name but a few. We have incorporated ranges from major manufacturers ensuring the highest quality associated with these brand names. In addition to our listed products, we are also able to source products for customers, not listed on the site, therefore offering a broad range of services.

Acceptance of your Order
When you place your order, Discount Office Supplies UK will send you an email to confirm that we have accepted your order. Once this email has been generated and sent, a contract will exist and you are then legally bound by this contract. This allows us to confirm that we have the product in stock and where possible the credit/debit card (if applicable) used to make payment is authorised.
Discount Office Supplies UK reserves the right to refuse an order or part of an order at any time prior to delivery. We may also request additional information prior to accepting an order.
All orders must be paid in full before delivery is taken. In the event goods are supplied before payment has been made, Discount Office Supplies UK will continue to own, and reserve the right to repossess any goods until payment has been received and cleared in full. Prices are shown on product pages are exclusive of vat which is 20% for all orders within the U.K. or European Union.
Delivery
Discount Office Supplies UK charge for delivery at the following rates except in exceptional circumstances where you will be notified with an individual delivery cost.
Stationery and consumables £7.50
Printers and desktop MFP’s £20.00
Photocopiers & MFD’s £150.00
Large format or high volume equipment £500.00
Delivery is to anywhere in the UK Ltd, however please note that there may be an extra charge for some deliveries made to areas of Scotland, Scottish Isles, Channel Isles and Northern Ireland. If you live in these areas we would advise you call for further details before placing your order.

Normal delivery is 5-10 full working days (Monday to Friday) on photocopier items and next day delivery is offered on most stationery, consumable and desktop printers and MFD’s.
Please Note: that certain products are “non standard” and delivery times may exceed those stated. If you require an urgent delivery then it is advised that you contact us prior to ordering to check availability.
Customers are notified in advance of delivery dates for these items. When you place your order, we will notify you as to the date of the delivery via email. Please note that we can not specify the time of delivery, just the date. Alternatively you may specify a date which is more suitable for you. Delivery dates are only approximate and therefore Discount Office Supplies UK accepts no liability whatsoever in respect of late or delayed deliveries.
Our team at Discount Office Supplies UK recommends that you do not arrange to have your items installed until they have been delivered and checked for any damages or faults. In the unlikely event that goods are received as damaged or parts missing, then Discount Office Supplies UK will rectify this as quickly as possible.
Deliveries must be signed for. Therefore, please ensure that someone will be available at your delivery address to sign for and check the goods. Please note: Delivery of Heavy or Bulky items will generally require that the delivery agent is given assistance off loading items.
All deliveries must be checked on arrival, and any damages are to be reported within 3 working days of receipt of your order. Do not accept damaged goods. If unsure, sign the delivery document as “unchecked”. In addition please do not install damaged goods as installation is acceptance that the product is in good condition.
Installation and training
If you wish, Discount Office Supplies UK can arrange for your equipment to be fully configured on your network and provide up to one hours training to you and your staff at a cost of £150. Longer training sessions are available so if you would like to find out more please call or e-mail our customer service team.
Special Orders
We cannot offer refunds or accept returns on any special orders, or if sealed packages have been opened on sensitive electronic goods (e.g. printed circuit boards – PCBs). If you are unsure as to what products are special order, please email or call to check, usually special orders are any products on extended lead times.
Back Orders
Should your required item not be in stock, we will back order for you. We will e-mail you with the proposed delivery date and should you rather not wait for delivery, you will have the option to cancel your order or part of it. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Accuracy of Information
Discount Office Supplies UK has taken the greatest care to ensure that the description, specifications and pricing of products listed on our site are an accurate representation of those supplied by the manufacturer, there are occasions where errors may occur or details may have subsequently changed.
If this does arise then Discount Office Supplies UK is not bound to honor any orders made relying on this information. In the event of a mistake you will be contacted with a full explanation and a corrected offer.
Guarantees
All products sold at Discount Office Supplies UK Ltd carry a full manufacturer’s guarantee as stated on the products that we sell. Please note that the guarantee will not be valid if the product is not installed by a registered installer (where applicable). Advisory Tip: Discount Office Supplies UK strongly advise that only fully qualified office equipment installation trades-people are employed to fit your products. We further recommend you check at least three references of any tradesperson you are considering. It is not usually necessary to engage a tradesperson until our goods have arrived and been checked.
Changed your mind? – Returns Policy
If you change your mind and wish to return the goods, you must contact us directly. Under the UK’s Distance Selling Regulations, you have the right to cancel your contract within 7 working days from the day after delivery. This is called a “7 Day Cooling Off Period”. During this 7 day cooling off period, you have a duty of care for the goods; therefore it is advised that any goods you wish to return are kept in their original packaging to ensure they remain undamaged and in good condition. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods to our suppliers. Please be aware that under no circumstances should goods be returned direct to the Discount Office Supplies UK office, unless otherwise advised. The return address will be specified to you prior to return, and therefore any goods returned to us in error, and not to the specified address will incur an additional carriage charge. Should returned goods arrive back to us in a used or damaged condition, the goods will be returned to you and you will be responsible for the total cost. Please note that this will not apply to any goods deemed Special Order.
If we are not notified of cancellations/returns within the 7 day cooling off period, then we reserve the right to apply an administration/re-stocking charge of between 15-25%. Please note that this will only be applied under extreme circumstances. In this case, you will be informed of the re-stocking charge prior to the return.
