Service support is available to all clients from single desktop MFD users up to corporate clients with requirements for several machines at several locations.

With a service agreement you have the peace of mind that the equipment is fully supported in the event of a breakdown or fault and in addition to this, preventative maintenance and toners are also provided when required as part of the cost. Response times range from 4-8 working hours subject to area and the type of equipment being maintained.

The cost of service is calculated on a cost per print basis for each mono and colour print produced. An optional print controller support agreement is also available if required providing assistance and support for the print/scan controller in the event of failure or fault.
